MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The catering refrigeration units are constructed basically as follows:
• Machine structure made of insulated, laminated and painted panels (non-painted on request).
• Silk screen printing glass doors and double insulating glazing glass.
• Fan-assisted or static refrigeration with static (or ventilated) condenser and finned aluminum evaporator
positioned on the upper vain.
• Static condensing sealed type unit with thermoregulator for automatic temperature control.
• Condensation collection drainer and pull-out tray located at the end of the machine for con-
densation water and evaporation drainage.
• Adjustable feet on machine base.
• Switch-controlled LED light positioned along the inner sides.
• (Only for VENTILATED CABINETS) Internal fan, connected directly to the power supply, to uniform the
temperature in all compartments
